Heavenly Father we know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God. Please open our eyes and help us to open the the eyes of other so that we are not deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of us were. But we were washed, we were sanctified, we were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. Please give us boldness to speak and teach the truth to those who are being lead astray by Satan. In Jesus precious name I pray, Amen. (1 Corinthians 6)

Conversely, carrying challenges straight to you God keeps matters in perspective. You Lord are bigger than any hardship. On Your strength, I will rise above the difficulty. Problems can look so big and unwieldy that they distort my perspective. God I know you invite me to live above my circumstances by fastening my eyes upon You Lord. The trials of this life shrink when compared to You my loving, powerful Lord, who exercises His might in defense of all His people. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
